GÖTEBORG FISHING GUIDE SERVICE
GoteborgFishing.com provides quality fishing adventures in the area of
Göteborg, on the west coast of Sweden.Clients receive experienced,
qualified fishing guides, transportation and tackle. We allow our guests
the opportunity to fish from boat or wading, using both spin fishing and
fly fishing methods. Depending on season, weather and water conditions we
fish for different species;
- Fly fishing or spin fishing for searun brown trout in the coastal archipelago
west of Göteborg. Wading or boat. April - September.
- Fly fishing for brown trout in running water or stillwater fishing for
rainbow trout. Wading or float tube. May - October.
- Fly fishing or spin fishing for pike in the lake systems east of town. Wading or boat. April -
October.
- Fishing for mackerel from boat in the coastal archipelago
west of Göteborg. July - September.
Rates
Guided fishing from boat, 1-4 persons, full day 8 hrs, SEK 4.950.
Includes security equipment, guide & fuel.
Guests bring own equipment and packed lunch.
Guided fishing from shore, 1-4 persons, full day 8 hrs, SEK 3.950.
Includes transportation & guide.
Guests
bring own equipment and packed lunch.
Rental equipment & lunch available on request. Lake/river fishing
permit is extra, aprox SEK 100-200 per person per day.
Catch & Release
We encourage catch & release, altough some medium sized fish can be
brought home for the dinner table, if fishing regulations permit. Trophy
fish shall be released back into the water.
Getting to Göteborg
The town of Göteborg is located on the southwest coast of Sweden in
Northern Europe.
It’s easy to reach Göteborg from various international destinations.
It is a major harbour city with the second largest airport in Sweden, and
a hub in the Swedish railway network.
Both airports in Göteborg operate international routes.
Landvetter Airport - GOT
Göteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT) is situated 25 km east of Göteborg.
There are coaches from the city centre to Landvetter Airport every 15
minutes. The journey to the airport takes just 20 minutes.
Göteborg City Airport - GSE
Göteborg City Airport (GSE) is located approx 15 kilometres from the
centre. It operates business, charter and scheduled airline flights.
Airport coaches run from the Nils Ericson Terminal by the Central Train
Station.
